NOTICE OF TEMPORARY CLOSING:
Dear prospective One Smart Puppy client,
I have decided to take a year "off" to volunteer full-time with AmeriCorps. My husband and I have chosen a placement in San Diego, California, at an organization called Outdoor Outreach. The group takes underprivileged and at-risk youth on adventure trips like rock climbing, surfing and backpacking to build self-confidence and trust, among other things. Our dog, Dexter, will even be joining us at work.
As a result, One Smart Puppy will be closed from August 2008 to September 2009. Of course, if you have any problems during the year I'm away, I'd be happy to have a phone consultation. Otherwise, I suggest that you contact one of my esteemed colleagues:
Denise Herman - Empire of the Dog
Diane Podolskly - The Cultured Canine
Susan Ward (aggression cases too) - Dingo Girl
Gina Song (groups and daycare) - D is for Doggy
Or search for a trainer at either of these sites:
